Cook till translucent.Turn off heat, let cool completly.
When cool to touch, remove skin.

Place in mixer and mix till smooth.


Measure out 2 cups and place in zip lock bags. Label because believe me, you will forget what this is in six months. Freeze. Simply thaw out to use for baking.

  1. Thanks Jodi that sounds great, I plan to stay in Sat. And make some homemade pumpkin pie!!!!!!!!!!! Hope it comes out good. Only make it once a year and every year have to learn how to make it all over again. See you soon.
